Health Advocate.

I deeply and intimately understand the needs of the chronic illness community. Over the last decade, I’ve been an active advocate for the chronic illness community. Serving as a volunteer, I’ve led patient education seminars, facilitated patient support groups, created programs for patients, lobbied for more health research funds, and served on the board of the Lupus Foundation of Northern California.

If you're seeking a therapist who truly understands the experience and challenges of living with a chronic illness, you've come to the right place. I’ve dedicated much of my life to supporting patients like you.

It takes, on average, two years to adjust to the “new Normal” of having a chronic illness.
